Handlebars are 1 1/4'' over their full length. Only at grips the diameter is reduced to 1'' so these can be used with regular HD Style 1'' diameter grips. Fits 82-Up models (excl. e-throttle). All handlebars come with 5 holes.
NOTE: To be used with 1 1/4 inch diameter risers that will take a 1 1/4'' diameter handlebar.
